Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping

We ship domestically to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA. If you live down the street from us in Michigan or California, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Elite RoyalHoney.com is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
